Product use
RidgeLine is provided for roofing project management, photo documentation, measurements, estimates, proposals, and related contractor workflows. Users are responsible for reviewing all measurements, AI output, pricing, and proposal language before relying on it with customers.
Customer content
Users keep responsibility for the addresses, photos, project notes, estimate details, and other content they upload or share through RidgeLine. Public share links should only be sent to people intended to view the project.
Availability
RidgeLine depends on third-party services for authentication, hosting, storage, maps, and AI. The service may change as the product evolves through dogfooding and launch hardening.
