Information RidgeLine handles

RidgeLine stores account details, organization membership, project addresses, roof measurements, estimates, proposal activity, jobsite photos, tags, comments, and AI usage records needed to run the product.

How it is used

Data is used to authenticate users, organize roofing projects, generate estimates and share links, process uploads, provide AI assistance, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

Service providers

RidgeLine relies on Clerk for authentication, Convex for application data, Cloudflare R2 for photo storage, Mapbox for maps and geocoding, Vercel for hosting, and AI providers such as Anthropic when AI features are used.
